Powerleveling in EQ2 can be very efficient if you do it right. Powerleveling means getting to level 92 with 320 AA’s as fast as possible. To level as fast as possible you will need as many XP bonuses as possible, a list of XP bonuses can be found here : Everquest 2 Guide to Bonus Experience. Powerleveling used to be insanely fast with RAF (Recruit a friend) that gave you 3x XP, but powerleveling can still be really fast. If you can you should try to powerlevel on a double XP weekend. Reaching level 90 + 320 AA’s is possible to do during one Double XP weekend.

Everquest Bazaar Reselling Guide
How to make millions of Platinum in Everquest
Updated platinum guide 2012 Veil of Alaris
The Bazaar zone was introduced to Everquest with the Shadows of Luclin expansion and it provides a hub for players to buy and sell items from other players. Everquest does not currently have a auction house like most other Mmorpgs have where players can actually sell their items without being logged in to the game. This can actually be an advantage when it comes to making platinum in Everquest as players will often undercut the standard prices if they don’t want to spend too much time standing around to sell their items.
Since leveling speed in Everquest is determined by Hotzones, which changes every now and then it’s hard to find a leveling guide for Everquest. While it is fastest to level in Hotzones, it is always good to have options on where to level. In this guide i will list the zones by tier where you can level the fastest in Everquest. This is one of the few guides that is updated for Veil of Alaris all the way up to level 95!
The best way to level in Everquest is by using the Hotzones. These are zones that give a substansial bonus to experience while adventuring in this zone. Special augments will also randomly drop in these zones. And Franklin Teek in the Plane of Knowledge will give you quests to do in the Hotzones.
In Everquest most races have their own languages. If a players is talking while having for example the tier’dal (Dark elf language) active, only other dark elfs or people who have learned that language will understand what hes saying. Character that havent yet learned the tier’dal language will only get a bunch of gibberish letters in their chatbox. But all classes thankfully knows the common language so everyone can understand each other. Aside from roleplay reasons there are quite a few charm items in the game that will increase in power as your language skills increase, like the Tainted Heartstone , Charm of Exotic Speech, Petrified Mushroom Stalk, and Flawed Defiant Charm .
Collections is one of the fastest ways of leveling in Everquest 2, because you can complete high level collections at any level after buying them on the broker. To level efficiently with collections your going to need some play, about 20P or more. To learn how to make a lot of plat go to : http://www.eq2.freemmorpgguides.com/category/everquest-2-platinum/ . You should be around level 30-40 at least before starting due to that the quest XP cap might make a lot of XP go to waste if you do it earlier.
There are quite a few different ways of leveling in Everquest 2. This guide will show you how you can attain a lot of levels without even killing a single mob or doing a single quest. Most of the time when you explore a new area in EQ2 you will get both regular and AA experience. It’s not a lot but you can get up to 10% XP if you are in your 20’s for exploring a single area, so if you have a fast mount you can rack up some XP pretty fast by running through zones. If you end up exploring all zones you can gain as much as 30+ levels and tons of AA’s
Everquest 2 has numerous ways to increase XP gain. These will help you level up much quicker by giving you a bonus to experience.
Here’s a list of all the available XP bonuses:
XP Potions ( Veteran Rewards):
Starting from when you’ve had your account for a week and up you will be rewarded Veteran rewards. Type /claim or go to Claim in the game menu to check what rewards are available to you. These Vet rewards usually award XP potions ranging from 55% to 110% increased XP Gain.
XP Potions (SOE Store):
From the SOE Store in game you can buy different kinds of XP potions. You can choose from 25%, 50% and 100% increased XP gain for 2 or 4 hours, costing from 300 SC to 1800SC.
Powerleveling is the act of gaining a lot of levels at a very fast rate. This is usually done with one account with a high level player and one account with the character you want to powerlevel. Powerleveling is the most efficient way of leveling, and you can gain hundreds of AA’s and a lot of levels in no time. Being PLed you can get to a very high level and tons of AA’s in a manner of hours. If you don’t have anyone to PL you, you can always do it yourself on a second account provided you already have a high level character. You can also kinda powerlevel yourself up until level 65 with a mercenary.
Darklight Woods is one of the two starting zones for evil players, it is located next to the Dark Elf city Neriak. The zone will take players from level 1-20 and anything from 10-20 AA’s depending on bonus XP. If you reach level 20 before you’ve completed all the quests it’s a good idea to raise your AA slider to 100% before you complete the rest of the quests here.
On the map below the red areas mark the areas with questgivers. The letters indicated approximately in what order the quest should be done:
